Drilling Mud Cleaner & Shaker

Our new drilling mud shaker and cleaner under fabrication to work alongside our latest Comacchio 900P1+ drilling rig. This bespoke unit takes mud cleaning to a new level with separate mixing and drilling tanks, automatic water fill, double sided hose connections for ease of access all built onto a tracked carrier with remote control manoeuvrability. The unit is presently being fabricated at our premises in Standish and should be ready for sand blasting and painting by the middle of July, with hydraulics and drive unit being fitted the following week. Once complete it will have a Tibban dual shaker added and be able to clean the mud at 2250/2700LPM before storing in the 3000 litre holding tank.
